Summer is all about having fun, but it’s easy to overdo it with all the parties and snacks.
Here’s how I keep things in check:
Pack Snacks: If I’m heading out, I bring something like fruit or a protein bar. It saves me from grabbing junk food.
Grill, Don’t Fry: Grilled veggies and meats taste amazing and feel so much better than fried food.
Stay Hydrated: I keep a water bottle handy and try to drink before I feel thirsty. Adding fruit slices makes it feel fancy!
Plan Active Fun: Whether it’s a swim or a game of frisbee, I try to work in some movement—it doesn’t even feel like exercise.
Indulge Occasionally: Ice cream is my weakness, so I have it guilt-free. I just make sure the rest of my day is balanced.
